    If she was in a relationship with the guy outside of work, how is it the company's responsibility to discipline him for this? Why is it not HER responsibility for allowing such pictures to exist, or not HIS responsibility for posting them online? Why does everyone nowadays have to blame someone else for their mistakes?

    I mean, she was in a relationship with a jerk. He posted pictures of her.
    She takes it up with the airline -- probably because they have money. Did they tell her to be in a relationship with him? Or to let him take the photos?

    File suit against the guy.

    as a former civil rights attorney and an occasional EEOC hearing officer, Im not sure what this clear invasion of privacy has to do with "equal employment"........she may have a law suit but an EEOC complaint?

    Digital pictures spread like wildfire. Might be better not to let the pictures be taken in the first place. A wise grandmother once said "If you don't want people gawking at it, don't be leaving it out on the front porch!".
