Gender equality in regards to pay is a real issue that needs to be addressed. But this ain’t it. If Jennifer Aniston was in a movie with an unknown male co-star, should they be paid the same? Of course not...and they wouldn’t. She would get 10 times what he gets. If you really want to change a social inequality, then make sure ur argument isn’t full of holes.

I think it matters whether or not you're a draw. By way of example I''d see a movie because Meryl Streep is in it but not this aactress.

"...wasn't paid as much as her co-star, Matt Smith..."

I was going to say that I'd never heard of her before "The Crown," whereas I was very familiar with Matt Smith, but I see that was addressed.

I would like to see certain female celebrities pushing for a living wage for non-rich-and-famous women (and men) rather than just pushing for more millions for themselves. It's hard to sympathize when pampered multi-millionaires whine about unfairness, while people who have done actual hard work for decades have to choose between food and prescriptions.
